Who is eligible? Does everyone need to go?
Who pays for the PTS course?
Any person may attend a PTS course, not just parents and not just people who have separated. Grandparents, caregivers and people thinking about splitting-up may also attend.

The courses are friendly, supportive and informative. They are a safe place to learn and reflect about the realities of separation.
PTS courses are free, but places are limited so it’s important to book as soon as you can.

To find out where and when the next PTS course is, or just to get more information, call free on 0800 529 925 and ask to speak to a Barnardos PTS coordinator.

Each year Barnardos runs 250 courses, helping around 1,600 people support children through a time of change. Each course runs for a total of four hours.
